Cornell University Fleet Services  

Cornell University Fleet Services (CUFS) provides safe, clean and reliable transportation in a courteous, friendly environment to university staff and departments at the lowest possible cost.  

We’re responsible for the care and condition of approximately 250 vehicles used by employees on official Contract College (state) business. We track departmental use and make all necessary vehicle adjustments and repairs.  

Our licensed mechanics schedule and perform routine maintenance and document any adjustments and repairs made. Our fleet of vehicles undergo the same annual safety inspections as other vehicles registered in New York State.  

Please note that only employees and student employees of the Contract Colleges at Cornell University can drive fleet vehicles. All drivers must first complete a driver registration form and a driver history questionaire before operating a fleet vehicle.
