Conference Parking
Parking during regular business hours - 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, is available to guests of the University for a fee, which may be paid by the individual, or by the sponsoring department if prior arrangements have been made.
Parking in many areas of the campus, including the parking garage on Hoy Road and all metered lots, is open after 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday. Please read all signs when entering a lot to be sure of the restrictions.
If you did not receive a conference parking permit and instructions in advance, or are unsure if prior parking arrangements were made for your event, stop at an information booth as you enter campus. There you can obtain a parking permit (a fee may be charged), and get directions to your event location, and a campus map.
