The personnel who staff the Visitor Information and Parking Booths welcome visitors to our campus, offer parking options that best fit their needs, and provide directions and general information about the campus.
Booths are staffed Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

- Booth #3 - East Avenue by Rand Hall

- Loading permits are valid for 30 minutes in signed loading zones or designated loading docks. If there are no available spaces in the loading area requested, you will be instructed to park in a regular space closest to your destination. The permit is not valid in meters, 10-minute drop off, reserved or handicap spaces.
- Media Permits are available to members of the media who present a valid press identification card. Media permits are valid in any regular parking space on campus. The permit is not valid in handicap, reserved, and MT spaces. Please note: Reporters for the Cornell Daily Sun are not eligible for media permits.
- Prospective students visiting the Admissions Office or attending an information session and tour can request a Guest of Admissions Permit.
- Booth personnel can accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and local checks.
- Checks must be made out to Cornell University. Checks must have a local address and phone number.
- Personnel cannot accept bills larger than $50.00.
