NOTE: This is NOT a parking permit request.
If you ever plan to bring your car to campus, you are required to register it. Registration is free and conveys no parking privileges.
This form allows you to register your vehicle, change or remove a registered vehicle, and request a corrected parking permit (if needed) without coming to our office.
If you have a new vehicle registration, or vehicle changes or additions, please make them below. Please note the type of change you are making. There is also a section where you can remove a vehicle, if necessary. We may contact you to clarify or verify your changes.
Permit changes: Because you can only have one parking permit at a time, we cannot send you a new hangtag until we receive your old one. We will issue you a temporary permit to use until we receive your permit back.
As a member of the Cornell University community, I will comply with any sanctions specified by the university, should any violations occur. It is my responsibility to notify the Transportation Office when I change vehicles or license plates.
The University is not liable for any damage to, or caused by, any vehicle or its operator, its occupant(s), or any other person(s) unless the damage has resulted from the negligence of any agent of the University acting in the capacity, and within the scope of his or her employment.
I will abide by any and all Cornell regulations relating to the operation or parking of motor vehicles on the campus.
