Transportation and Mail Services Mission, Vision, and Values  

Our mission, vision, and values are intended to serve our customers inside and outside the Cornell community, at the same time furthering the goals of our division and of the university as a whole.  

Mission
Cornell’s Department of Transportation and Mail Services provides leadership in developing and implementing comprehensive, economical, flexible, and efficient programs to facilitate the movement of people, vehicles, mail, and packages.  

Vision
Transportation and Mail Services—A dynamic service organization that succeeds through individual well-being and high organizational performance.
